The Swedish Institute for CBT & Schema Therapy (Svenska Institutet för Kognitiv Psykoterapi, CBTI) is a private higher education provider headquartered in Stockholm, with an additional unit in Umeå. Founded in 1988, it was the first institution in Sweden authorized to offer a psychotherapist training programme with a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) focus, and it specializes in psychotherapy education, including schema therapy, alongside clinical and research activities.
